Muffin Tin Time!
The boys are really enjoying Gluten Free Muffin Tin time!! Today was applesauce, pineapple, olives, green beans, chicken adobo with coconut tamari!

Good morning school bus!
Making gluten free, sugar free, preservative free, dye free food fun!
Batter with blueberries
Butter used to grease pan
Ingredients1 cup rice flour
3 tablespoons tapioca flour
1/3 cup potato starch
1 cup rice milk
2 tablespoons raw blue agave liquid
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
1/2 teaspoon vanilla 100%
2 eggs
3 tablespoons coconut oil
handful blue berries
Enjoy life mega chocolate chunks for decorating (melt in microwave)
Mix dry ingredients together. Make a well in the center. Add liquid ingredients and gently stir. To make blue berry pancakes take the batter and whip it up in a magic bullet with the blueberries. Enjoy!

New way of cooking!
I could not believe that you could make Hard Boiled Eggs in the oven!! Crazy easy =-)
oven at 325 degrees for 30mins and an ice bath and thats it!

I cannot be happier with the foods the boys are eating. They loved their kale, bacon, coconut oil, leek, red bell pepper, and egg burrito.
Prep Time: 2 min.
Finished the day with fun and shaving cream!
